Epic is Coming... or Should I Say Epic(s)

Epics are creating a buzz and I haven't "officially" told anyone yet.

We have a huge underground "buzz" around our upcoming Epic series even though we are trying to keep it "underground " until the big unveiling in June.

I'm getting all these emails I’m getting from fired up people who haven’t even bought anything yet!

People are going nuts over our upcoming Epic series!

Yeah, I could have made all thus stuff on my own, but I didn’t. These are fired-up people who feel like our message is on target and connecting with what they want. I am always interested in what people like and I think we hit the mark with Epic…modern design, great downtown locations and very affordably priced.

This might be the most boring stuff you ever read or… maybe some of the most fired-up cool stuff because its REAL!

Besides, real life is always more interesting than fiction J

Emails:

“Since I have been looking I have not found anything that compares to the prices your offering. I like the contemporary style of Skye condos. They look as though there is a comfortable feel to them.
I plan on stopping by Saturday.”

“Hi Chris-

The condos are amazing, I really like them alot. I sent an email to some of my friends there to see if they are able to swing by and take a look at the inside. Let me see what they say.. Are they all 1 bedrooms?”

“Chris –
Hello. I met you a few months back when you guys were just completing Skye II and Skye III had just started.
I share the same story so many other people have – looking constantly with no luck finding anything like the Skye condos. “
“Chris –
Hello and thanks for the quick response. Yes, please do keep me updated.

I am very interested and actually came across the new blog you created for Epic after I e-mailed you. From what you’ve posted it sounds very interesting.

You guys do a great job connecting with people and I am inspired by the great conversions of these old buildings in Denver that you are breathing new life into.

Keep up the great work and stay in touch! Looking forward to the Epic unveiling and hopeful of becoming an owner of one of these properties.

Have a nice weekend”

“Hey Chris,

Thanks for getting back to me so quick.

I might be interested in a one bedroom, but would prefer a 2 bedroom. This weekend I am out of town but maybe the next time you guys have an open house I can swing by. And definitely keep me posted about the Epic series. When do you think the first round of Epic 2 bedrooms will go on sale?

I like the way you guys do business. I drive by Skye II all the time and like the way the building was designed. I also check out your blog every once in awhile, and it just feels like you put a lot of thought into your properties.

Cheers,”

Hi Chris,

thanks for your quick reply. The condos I was asking about are the Skye condos. Are they the same you send me info about?

The information that I read about the Skye condos was very impressive. You are right about all those formica counter and linolium floor type of places, they are awful! Also it is so hard to find a good combination of quality and price in Denver that I am sure that you are not having any problems selling them.

I don't want to deal with yard and homeowner's associations anymore and especially I am desperately trying to get out of the suburbs but I am finding the places in Denver to be very expensive.

Keep me in the loop and wish you the best of luck with your projects.”

“I thought that the Skye Condos III was great! I really liked the modern design with the stainless steel appliances and the hardwood floor was a big sell for me. I also liked the larger windows that were added to the building letting in more light.

I like both Wash Park and Cap Hill. I have lived in Denver for almost 9 years now and have spent most of my time in Wash Park but I am currently living in Uptown which is just a great”

“Hello,

I am interested in purchasing a two bedroom condo this summer. I looked at Skye condos and was impressed but all of the 2 bedrooms were already purchased. Could you please give me a call at your convenience to discuss the new developments? “

Thanks for answering.

Factors that attracted me to the Condos would be price, location, and size.

I'm looking to buy no higher than $178000, downtown, with enough space.
And with dog friendly.

Hi Chris:

I drive by the Skye Condos III on Logan and they look nice. If you do anything similar anywhere else near downtown, let me know. Only interested in top floor, not garden level.

Best,

Patrick

**************************************
New name reflects a focus ondeveloping urban buildings into modern condos

DENVER, Colo., June 5, 2006 – Commercial Equity, LLC, a Colorado-based developer specializing in the renovation of urban buildings into modern condos, today announced it has changed the company name to Modo Developers, Inc. “Modo” stands for “modern, downtown.” The company’s headquarters location on Santa Fe Drive remains the same, as does its phone number.
“Modo” was chosen to reflect the company’s focus on buying existing urban buildings, and renovating them into modern neighborhood ‘gems’,” according to Todd E. McWhirter, a managing partner and company co-founder. “Our new name is simply a better representation of what we do,” he added.

About Modo Developers, LLC
