Said Gabe Anderson, one of our owners in Skye Condos III after a successful night of hardcore FUN with 275 of his closest friends!

The second annual Modo Developers summer party on the rooftop deck of Skye Condos III at 188 S Logan last Friday night was an over the top success (no pun intended)… not because people showed up to buy condos…actually, not at all. It was about having fun with a lot of very cool people and for Modo to give a little back to the community for supporting us.

We estimated 275 people stopped by to check-it-out, have a drink or two, or three…whatever! It was ridiculous fun and we appreciate you!

The business is happening as a result of the party – people are buying Modo condos that make sense: modern, great locations, affordably priced and very good investments, but that wasn’t the focus of the party at all.

As young developers, we work our tails off to make great condos people love and are excellent investments. We just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone and let the world know we have more cool stuff in the works with the Epic series.

There were some folks who great questions about the condos: pricing, availability, designs, time frame, financing, parking, laundry, amenities, etc…

If we didn’t get all your questions answered, now is the time because we have the BEST availability and at preconstruction pricing.

Gabe reserved his condo very early in teh process when we first began building Skye III...he has a fantastic condo he really likes. I had a waiting list of several hundred people (no kidding) who said they would buy that same condos if it came out of contract. Gabe is very happy he bought early... Smart! :)

I have pricing, floor plans, designs and a MODEL for all the Epics at 500 E 11th.

The BUZZ is ALIVE

Everyone,

The BUZZ is alive and well out there about the party this Friday and the upcoming Epics.


I am getting tons of calls, emails and people just stopping by to see what’s going on!

I’m glad we’re connecting so well with people…real people who want a modern place to live downtown that makes great financial sense…something they can afford and is a great investment.

I am always interested in what people like. In conversations, emails and responses from Craig’s List, I always ask people what caught their attention about Epics…hundreds responded with the same theme: they want modern design, great locations and affordable prices.

We’re about to launch the Epic series this weekend – very modern, FOUR downtown locations with an average price around $200K.

The earliest buyers get the best choice of condos and pre-construction pricing.

Wow, I'm getting great response for the party this Friday evening. A LOT of people are coming and said wouldn't miss it!

Friday June 23rd is the SUMMER BASH
















Everyone,

Alright... here's the straight scoop...

On the rooftop of Skye Condos III - 188 S Logan June 23rd from 7-11 PM.

Last year was a blast. I invited about 50 cool people and 5X showed up.

We had a great band (same this year), open bar and a lot of great times. The rooftop from Skye Condos I at 1045 Clarkson had a spectacular view of the city skyline. We were there for hours.

Most importantly, our guests had a great time and got to see our work up close. As a result, many of them liked what they saw and became owners. We sold out Skye II at 1336 Logan and almost everything at Skye III - we have one to go because it was sold and then the buyer had finance problems.

Anyway, this year the party is at Skye III on the rooftop that overlooks the mountains and a great West Wash Park neighborhood.

The whole idea is to celebrate the success of Skye Condos, thank all our owners and then provide a preview of the Epic series...idea as Skye:

Modern design, great locations and very affordable.

The next day, all 74 units across 4 great downtown locations become available for everyone to buy. So...

Come to the party, have a great time, see what's coming with Epic and if you like it... get one the next day June 24th from 2-6 PM at “Epic on Penn” at 500 E 11th!
