Party Like a Dead Rock Star!

Its time to party like rock stars at the "Modo Day of the Dead Celebration Party" Thursday November 2nd 5 - 8 PM(ish) on the rooftop of our latest condo renovation - Epic on Penn at 500 E 11th in Capitol Hill.

If you've ever been to a Modo party, then you know there will be cool people, refreshments and an amazing view of the city skyline from our rooftop!

Our last bash at Skye Condos III at 188 S Logan was out of control!

Our friends at Urban Denver are supplying all the goodies and the opportunity to see the Epics up close... have a drink (if you're 21)or some great Mexican food before you head-out for a night on the town!

Generic ... I'm actually Glad!

Everyone,

There is SOOOOO much generic stuff being built downtown. If you want to be exactly like the person next to you and them and them and them, etc... Then that's great. Highlands Ranch is great too :)

If you want something distinctive, modern and with well thought-out design in the heart of an eclectic area that happens to be a great investment, then check out Epic Condos by Modo at 11th and Pennsylvania.

Epics are a great combination of "very cool character meets modern design" in a great downtown location and they're affordable. Plus we seriously renovate these places with hardcore updates like new elctrical, plunmbing, roofs, interiors, etc...NOT cheap fix'n flips like they did in the 90's. Our buyers are too smart for that stuff.

Here are some cool facts you probably wont find at "Generic Condo Monster Tower"....

Open (really open) floor plans
Zodiaq- Quartz counter tops (way higher-end than granite...about $80 per sq ft and lasts longer than uranium. Ok, just kidding)

Again, generic stuff is ok for a lot of people….or it wouldn’t be there. In fact, I’m glad its there! This means hundreds of millions of dollars of urban development in the SAME areas we’re developing too…better transportation, infrastructure, culture, bad guys leaving, etc…

Thanks for taking the time to read my blogs and emails....A TON of you read my last mass email, checked-out the website and said a lot of cool things. THANK YOU!!!

I know everyone is soooo heavily marketed to these days and you probably have a really good BS meter by now, so I'm glad you took a couple minutes to read our message. I hope our stuff seems a little more real than the usual yadda yadda out there.

We take listening to all of you very seriously... without you, we don't have a job! Like most people, the partners at Modo want to make a responsible living... and build great communities you enjoy where people can come together

Here's an interesting statistic...

"Singles" are the fastest growing demographic in America right now... that's one of the reasons we build places with a great sense of community...where people can come together and enjoy their neighbors. We're not just selling condos, we're creating a culture. Of course anyone is welcome to own an Epic Condo.
