The Hottest Selling Property in Denver at this Price Point




Everyone,



Epic on the Park at 1245 Columbine is the hottest selling property in Denver at the $147K - $258K price point. Why...modern design, Congress Park LOCATION and price performance. The sub-230K market is the fastest selling right. The majority of our one bedroom units are about $150K.


We're selling about 1 -2 units per week and people are either moved in (12 already) or moving in shortly. Everyone is welcome to buy at 1245 Columbine and the majority of the people who purchased so far are young urban professionals buying for the first time. First time buyers are great because they don’t have anything to sell and they get the benefit of ownership in a newly renovated place.

I hear the same situation over and over... buyers like our design, LOCATION and price point.
