People are Anxious to Move In

Hi – Epic Condos are selling and buyers are excited. We have our first closes at Epic on Penn at 500 E 11th in about three weeks. The first Epic project has come a LONG WAY from an old apartment building in Capitol Hill.
Epic on Penn was pretty much a heavy-duty construction zone a few months ago with a lot of dust, pipes, wires, drywall, steel and concrete everywhere.
Since then we installed beautiful hardwood floors, quartz counter tops, original artwork in the foyer and all thresholds, a lot of stainless steel, glass mosaic tile, Italian lighting, balconies, etc…Its really progressing well. The great news is we are on schedule and people are anxious to move in.
As a developer, Modo has an excellent on-time construction record. We haven’t missed a close date by even a single day at our previous development - Skye Condos III at 188 S Logan.
We still have a ways to go at Epic on Penn with more construction like the covered parking canopies, but we plan to be completed with the building in entirety in December. All the serious infrastructure is complete, so most things happen very quickly now.
We plan to have the top floor interiors completed in three weeks with all four interior design packages represented for the entire Epic series. I encourage you to stop by and see the finishes up close.
Contact me for more information, timelines or set an appointment to stop by.
Thanks,
Chris
