Denver artist Charles Wooldridge has partnered with modo developers to create a unique, modern environment in each Epic project. Internationally recognized for his sculpture, pastel work, and mixed-media installations, Wooldridge has been featured in Rocky Mountain News, 5280, Westword, Sunset, Art Trends Magazine, and many others. Wooldridge has created a series of one-of-a-kind pieces that serve as the threshold to each Epic condo and will also create a custom kitchen bartop to upgrade selected units. Wooldridge recently earned a record-breaking bid of $141,000 at Denver’s Mask Project Gala for his piece Helpful = A Joyful Heart, and now he can turn your Epic condo into a true work of art!
