COMBINATION
Everyone,
The press says "the market is slow and condo sales are down." At Modo we chose not to participate in that :)
Epics are selling like crazy... I am not kidding. I think two of the reasons are the combination of location, design and price... and now we have more for people to see since we are a lot further along in construction.
Everyone, The Epic series is off and running like crazy... people are buying Epic condos every week now despite whatever is happening in the market. Some people say the condo market is slow... we chose not to participate in that :)
Here's the scoop and possibly why people are buying Epic Condos faster than others...

To tell the truth... I am not feeling very creative today. I'll just tell it like it is...We are working like mad and fortunately it’s going great. Epic on Penn looks awesome, the condos are selling very well and people already live there!
I've noticed other developments in the area we consider our friendly competition are not selling nearly as fast. Why??? Not sure other than we have a strong niche and we work seven days a week :)

I can hardly believe its September already. It feels like we just finished Skye Condos I at 1045 Clarkson... Skye I was our first Denver project in 2003. We just finished the whole Skye Condos series of three buildings, and are working on the Epic Series now – a series of four buildings in Capitol Hill Congress Park, Govenors Park and West Washington Park. We're already on our SEVENTH local project!
I have such a strong sense of appreciation for our customers who now own great homes in downtown Denver. Most are young urban professionals who bought for the first time, wanted a modern condo in a great location and something that made good financial sense.
As the developers, we're having a blast too. It’s not without brain damage from time to time making sure we are on schedule, on budget and dealing with the city, but its well worth it. Many of the seven Modo partners pressed the eject button and left corporate life a long time ago to do something with meaning and make a living doing what we enjoy.
Here I am following-up after showing condos to a young, professional and smart guy and his very cool real estate broker early on Sunday morning. Its well worth it to get up early on my day off to help-out. Both the buyer and his agent were fired-up and really liked what they saw this morning. I'm hopeful he becomes an owner. I know he'll be very happy!
