Not Creative Today, But We're Here Every Day

Everyone,

To tell the truth... I am not feeling very creative today. I'll just tell it like it is...We are working like mad and fortunately it’s going great. Epic on Penn looks awesome, the condos are selling very well and people already live there!

I've noticed other developments in the area we consider our friendly competition are not selling nearly as fast. Why??? Not sure other than we have a strong niche and we work seven days a week :)

We appreciate our clients, investors, partners and all the great feedback from so many people.
